Overall

Back in the early 1910 in America, painters, farmers certain factory worker, some train locomotive engineers, carpenters and other tradesmen or workmen often wear overalls as protective overgarments.  Nowadays, overall is worn as casual clothes because of comfort, handiness and durability.  It has also made in corduroy and come in many styles.
Come to think of it, I still have one hiding in my wardrobe from a second-hand store for AU$10.  Nice budget isn’t it?
